What you do:
-Click on the topic you want to animate
-Animate the topic and only the topic
-Post your animation in the topic your animating
-Get comments and get criticized
-Only ADMINS can make these threads

Warm-ups are good for practice and are helpful to beggining animators. They are also fun to animate, so anyone can do it.

This is much better than IRC Exercises cuz' you could do them anytime.
